A vivid example of a puff casserole, for which zucchini and eggplant are just so convenient. As a filling, we use minced meat with other vegetables. At your discretion, you can add a little chopped greens or grated cheese.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2-3 pieces
- Eggplant - 2 pieces
- Minced meat - 250 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper. Mix with minced meat and spices.
Cut the zucchini and eggplant into thin slices lengthwise.
Lay out layers of zucchini, minced meat, eggplant, minced meat, zucchini, minced meat, and so on until the end.
If desired, cover the casserole with grated cheese and send it to the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
