Kindling a good fire for a barbecue is not an easy thing. Either the firewood was damp, or the heat was too weak. Fortunately, there is no need for a bonfire for this recipe. We will cook beef kebab in the oven. In addition to the products, you will need a large heat-resistant rectangular shape.
Ingredients
- Beef (clipping) – 1 kg
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into small cubes and put it in a bowl.
Add lemon juice, butter, soy sauce, suneli hops and salt.
Stir, cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
Pre-soak wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes.
Put the meat on the prepared skewers.
Lay out the blanks on a rectangular shape of a suitable size. The edges of the skewers should be on the sides of the mold, and the meat should hang freely without touching. Bake for 50 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
