Zucchini is perfectly combined with feta, and now I suggest using this when preparing casseroles. If desired, you can make more layers, but then bake it a little longer so that it is well baked inside.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 800 g
- Feta - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Parmesan - 80 g
- Breadcrumbs - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry until golden.
Mix feta with spices and herbs. Thinly slice the zucchini.
Lay out layers of onions, zucchini, feta, zucchini again - and so on until the end of the ingredients.
Sprinkle the casserole with grated parmesan and crackers.
Put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
