In a properly cooked vegetable omelet, the taste of each vegetable is clearly heard. To do this, they are added to the pan gradually and covered with a lid only at the very end. And with fried mushrooms, the dish turns out to be also satisfying.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk - 5 art.l.
- Champignons - 100 g
- Bell pepper - half
- Tomatoes - 100 g
- Bow purple - half
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the champignons, tomatoes, peeled bell peppers and onions.
Mix eggs with ground pepper, salt and milk. Lightly whisk the mass with a fork.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown.
Pour in the egg-milk mixture and cook for 1 minute on high heat.
Spread tomatoes and bell peppers evenly. Turn down the heat and fry everything together for 2 minutes.
Add the purple onion, cover and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
