Solyanka on fish broth is quite a classic option. And this time I suggest cooking it directly with pieces of fish. I recommend using something moderately fatty, like pink salmon, but choose to your taste.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 300 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Fig - 0.5 handfuls
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olives - 10 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the fish into cubes, fill with water and boil for 5-7 minutes. Strain the broth.
Add the rice to the broth and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
Add grated carrots and cucumbers, chopped onions, tomatoes and olives to the same place. Cook for another 7 minutes.
At the end, return the fish to the pan, add the chopped greens and after a couple of minutes remove everything from the heat.
