- Smoked Meat - 300 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Peas - 200 g
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight. Rinse, cover with water and cook for an hour.
Add the chopped smoked meat and cook for another 20 minutes.
Chop the bacon and fry until browned. Set aside.
Fry the onion and grated carrot in the same pan for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and spices, and stir.
Send the roast to the soup and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Add the bacon to the soup, stir and remove from the heat.
