- Pumpkin (puree) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
- Brown Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings (nutmeg, cloves, star anise, ginger) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese with pumpkin puree and milk in a blender.
Add eggs and sugar, and mix.
Add flour, baking powder and all spices, and mix again.
Spread the mass into cups or molds and cook the casserole in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at maximum power.
