Few people can resist a delicious steak. You can cook it from different types and parts of meat. I share a recipe for pork steak on the bone. Of course, the bone should not be large, and the meat should be fresh. Determine the latter by color, smell and density.

Rinse the pork steak and dry it thoroughly with paper towels.
Mix lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and ground pepper.
With the resulting mixture, grease the steak on both sides, cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, lay out the steak and fry for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a plate or serving board and cover with a double layer of foil for 5 minutes.
Serve the steak with rosemary sprigs.
