Delicious and tender rice porridge is obtained not only on ordinary, but also on vegetable milk. I prefer to use coconut – in the best traditions of Asian and Oriental cuisine. A very harmonious combination!
Ingredients
- Fig - 1 glass
- Water - 2 glasses
- Coconut milk - 300 ml
- Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the washed rice with water and boil for 15 minutes after boiling over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
Add sugar, vanilla and coconut milk.
Cook the porridge for another 7-10 minutes until the desired consistency.
