Usually apples are added to the curd casserole. But I prefer to cook it with a pear. And I advise you to choose softer and sweeter varieties. It turns out no worse, but clearly a little more original!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 1 pinch
- Pear - 1 piece
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Lemon zest - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk everything except the pears in a blender until smooth.
Add the chopped pear and mix thoroughly.
Put the mass in the bowl of a slow cooker and cook the casserole for 50 minutes in baking mode.
