Have you ever tried cooking corn soup? Sounds pretty weird, right? But in fact, this is a very quick and simple everyday recipe. This time I propose to cook it with chicken and on the basis of chicken broth.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Corn - 1 bank
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken fillet until tender, divide into fibers and return it back to the broth.
Fry the onion in butter until golden. Add the flour, mix thoroughly and send the roast to the pan.
Pour the corn into the same place with the liquid and boil the soup for about 7 minutes. Season to taste.
