- Pork - 1 kg
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Walnuts - 80 g
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Rosemary - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates. Add chopped garlic, chili and nuts to them.
Unwrap the pork in a layer, lay out the filling and roll up a tight roll. Pull it together with a culinary thread.
Sprinkle the roll with spices, put a sprig of rosemary on top and bake in the oven for about 2.5 hours at 160 degrees.
