There are only three main ingredients, and even such simple ones – potatoes, leeks and cheese. But what an amazing side dish is obtained from this casserole. I advise you to serve it with chicken or fish. But you can also do it separately – it is quite self-sufficient.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Leek - 2-3 of the stem
- Cream - 150 ml
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the leeks into rings and the potatoes into plates. Put it in the form.
Mix cream, spices and grated cheese, and pour over the casserole.
Cook it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
