Pork ribs are the very product that is almost impossible to spoil. They can be cooked in the oven, in a cauldron, on coals, on the grill and, of course, in a regular frying pan. And today I propose to focus on juicy fried ribs.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Soy sauce - 50 ml
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp.l .
- Grainy mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix soy sauce, ketchup, mustard and spices.
Marinate the ribs for an hour.
Fry them in a frying pan over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
Turn the ribs over every 5 minutes and grease with the remaining sauce.
