Ingredients
- Millet - 130 g
- Water - 250 ml
- Milk - 150 ml
- Butter - 20 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the millet, cover with water and cook for 15 minutes after boiling. Add spices to taste.
Pour in the milk, add the butter and cook for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the beaten egg in a thin stream, stirring.
After another 2 minutes, remove the porridge from the heat.
