- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Raisins - 80 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the raisins in hot water for 5 minutes and dry.
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with butter, sugar and egg.
Add salt, vanilla and flour, and then - soda and zest slaked with lemon juice.
At the very end, add the raisins, mix everything together and put it in a mold.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
