Fish with soy sauce is a classic combination that came to us straight from Asian cuisine. And now it is being prepared all over the world, not imagining how it could be otherwise. I share my favorite recipe for cod – it turns out very tender, juicy and fragrant. If desired, I add a handful of cherry tomatoes or other vegetables.
Ingredients
- Cod - 800 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
- Soy sauce - 3 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 4 teeth
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cod into large pieces.
Mix soy sauce, olive oil, spices and chopped garlic.
Marinate the fish in this mixture for 15-20 minutes.
Put in a mold and add cherry tomatoes.
Bake the cod in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees under foil.
