Boil the potatoes until tender and mash in mashed potatoes with sour cream. Add the egg.

Boil the Brussels sprouts for 3-5 minutes in boiling water.

Fry the minced meat with chopped onion until tender, season and mix with potatoes.

Put the potato mass into a mold and drown the Brussels sprouts in it.

Level the top of the casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
