Chicken cutlets stuffed with cheese, butter and parsley
I present to your attention an interesting recipe for cutlets with stuffing. It looks a bit like a Kiev cutlet, but in my opinion it is even tastier. Cheese, butter and fragrant parsley are used as the filling. I recommend serving hot.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Cheese (solid) – 120 g
- Parsley - halfpuchka
- Butter (frozen) – 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 80 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate cheese and butter on a grater. Chop the parsley very finely.
Mix cheese, butter, parsley, divide into small parts and form round balls.
Mix the minced chicken with salt and ground pepper.
Form a small flatbread from the minced meat, lay out a butter-cheese ball, roll a round cutlet and roll it in breadcrumbs.
Repeat the steps with the rest of the minced meat and stuffing. If the cutlets do not keep their shape, hide them in the freezer for 2 minutes.
Fry the cutlets in a preheated frying pan with oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
