Chicken wings with garlic and barbecue sauce in the sleeve

If I want to cook juicy wings, I always use a sleeve. No other method will give such an effect. To give the dish a light citrus flavor, I add a little zest. But you should not get carried away with this, otherwise a bitterness will appear.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Barbecue sauce - 4 art.l.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
Place the wings in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add the barbecue sauce and zest.
Peel the garlic cloves, lightly crush with a knife blade and finely chop.
Pour the garlic into a bowl with wings, mix and cover with cling film for 1 hour.
Put the wings in a baking sleeve, tie them tightly and send them to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for half an hour.
Carefully cut the sleeve and continue baking the wings for another 10 minutes.
