Cook delicious chops for dinner tonight. Instead of breadcrumbs, I suggest using unsweetened corn flakes. The crust turns out crispy and delicious. All the cooking features are further in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Cornflakes (unsweetened) – 50 g
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat off with a hammer on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs lightly with ground pepper, salt and flour.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Mash the corn flakes with a rolling pin until they are fine crumbs.
Mix grated cheese with cornflakes and place on a wide plate.
Dip the chops in the batter and roll in a dry billet.
Fry the chops on high heat for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Put the chops on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
