This rice casserole is a full–fledged main dish for the whole family, immediately with minced meat and vegetables. But its advantages do not end there. Another plus is that it is prepared in a slow cooker. Much easier and more convenient!
Ingredients
- Fig (boiled) – 350 g
- Minced meat - 250 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Corn - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a grater and fry for a couple of minutes in a slow cooker in the "Frying" mode.
Add the minced meat and fry for another 7 minutes. Add the tomato and spices, and after a minute set the minced meat aside.
Put rice in a clean greased bowl. On it - minced meat and corn on top.
Pour all the beaten eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook the casserole in the "Baking" mode for about 40 minutes.
