With the help of a modern kitchen appliance, you can easily prepare an appetizing omelet. As usual, broccoli is boiled in salted water in advance. At the same time, it is important not to overdo the vegetable, otherwise it will become too soft and lose its shape.

Divide broccoli into small inflorescences and boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes.

Flip the broccoli into a colander, and then transfer to a bowl of cold water.

Cut the champignons into small pieces.

Season the eggs with salt, pepper and shake lightly with a fork.

Add cream, milk and mix again until smooth.

Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode and fry the mushrooms in oil until ready.

Add broccoli and egg filling to the bowl of the slow cooker.

Close the lid and activate the Baking program for 20 minutes. After the beep, do not open the lid for another 10 minutes.
