Classic semolina porridge is most often prepared with milk or water. And today I propose to try the second option. This is a good choice for people with lactose intolerance, and just if neither milk nor cream was at hand.

Ingredients

  • Water - 500 ml
  • Semolina - 3 art.l.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Butter - 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Bring the water to a boil, add sugar and stir.

Turn down the heat and pour the semolina in a thin stream, stirring.

Cook the porridge for 3-4 minutes, constantly continuing to stir.

Remove the semolina from the heat and add the butter.
