- Water - 500 ml
- Semolina - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the water to a boil, add sugar and stir.
Turn down the heat and pour the semolina in a thin stream, stirring.
Cook the porridge for 3-4 minutes, constantly continuing to stir.
Remove the semolina from the heat and add the butter.
