- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bread - 100 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Breadcrumbs - 5 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cream - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the bread in cream. Pass it through a meat grinder with chicken fillet and onion.
Add grated cheese, spices and egg. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
Form cutlets with wet hands, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on all sides until golden.
Put on parchment and send the cutlets to the oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
