Most often stew is cooked with meat and vegetables. Fish versions of the dish are quite rare. Nevertheless, it is very tasty and healthy. By all means try to cook an appetizing stew of pike perch, hake, pollock or any other fish.
Ingredients
- Fish (fillet) – 600 g
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Green peas - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken broth - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the fish fillet from the bones and skin, cut into small pieces.
Chop tomatoes, peeled potatoes, bell peppers and onions.
Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences, cut off the hard parts of the stem.
Pour oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, place potatoes, fish, tomatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, green peas and onions.
Add spices, salt and mix gently.
Pour in the chicken broth, close the lid and turn on the "Stewing" program for 45 minutes. Insist the finished dish under the lid for another 15-20 minutes.
