If you can't decide how to cook pork ribs – cook them in a cauldron. This is a win-win option. So they turn out to be as tender and juicy as possible due to uniform heating. And you don't need an oven for that.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs and fry in oil in a cauldron until browned for about 15 minutes, turning over.
Add the chopped carrots and onions, and fry for another 7 minutes.
Add pepper and tomatoes. After 5 minutes, add the spices and pour in a little water so that it does not cover the dish.
