It is simply impossible to resist such a piquant and fragrant casserole. Not even the most delicious Italian pasta can compare with it. And there are only two secrets – smoked hunting sausages and the right tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- Pasta - 350 g
- Hunting sausages - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Onion - 1 piece
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 1100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta until tender.
Cut the sausages, fry for a couple of minutes until browned and set aside.
Fry the chopped onion and pepper in the same pan. Add the grated tomatoes, chopped chili, garlic and parsley.
Season the sauce and simmer under the lid for 7-10 minutes.
Mix vegetables, sausages and pasta, and put everything in a mold.
Sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and cook for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
