Ingredients
- Potatoes (boiled) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Milk (warm) – 120 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the potatoes.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Beat eggs lightly with milk, salt and ground pepper.
Add cheese, potatoes and mix.
Turn on the slow cooker in the "Baking" mode, lubricate the bowl with butter and pour in the prepared mass.
Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes. After the beep, do not remove the omelet from the slow cooker for another 10 minutes.
