- Pork loin - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Flour - 4 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg (ground) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork loin, dry it with paper towels and cut it across the fibers into plates about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap, beat off on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Peel the garlic from the husk and finely chop it.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Add salt and pepper to the eggs and stir with a fork until smooth.
Add garlic, cheese and mix well again.
Sift flour, mix with nutmeg and pour on a wide plate.
Roll the chops in flour, dip them in the egg-cheese mixture and put them in a preheated frying pan with butter.
Fry for 5 minutes on one side, then turn over, cover, turn down the heat and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
