Ingredients
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 350 g
- Broccoli - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream - 200 ml
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Rosemary (for submission) – 2 twigs
- Butter (to lubricate the mold) – 20 g
- Water (for broccoli) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the broccoli, divide into inflorescences and boil in salted water for up to 4-5 minutes.
Flip the broccoli into a colander and leave to cool.
Lightly salted salmon cut into thin slices.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Beat eggs with sour cream, salt and ground pepper.
Add cream, hard cheese and mix well.
In a greased form, lay out layers of broccoli and fish. You can alternate them two, three times or as you like.
Pour in the egg-cheese mixture and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cool the finished casserole, slice it, put it on a plate and serve with a sprig of rosemary.
