Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash broccoli, disassemble into inflorescences and boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes.
Mix eggs with ground pepper, salt and milk. Beat lightly with a fork.
Add the green peas and mix again.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it well.
Lay out the broccoli and fry for 2 minutes.
