Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 20 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Milk - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the potatoes, boil until tender and mash in mashed potatoes with milk and butter.
Add spices, flour and egg to the puree, and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Put the draniki on the frying pan with a spoon or first form it with your hands.
Fry on both sides until a beautiful golden hue.
