It is simply impossible to resist the tenderest baked pink salmon in cream. Moreover, this is generally a very good option for cooking any salmon, unlike white fish. What else is needed and what else can be added – I will tell you further in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 1 piece
- Cream - 300 ml
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Dried chili pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into rings and put half on the bottom of the mold.
Coarsely chop the fish and put it on the onion. Sprinkle with all the spices and arrange the coarsely chopped garlic around.
Put the remaining onion rings on top and pour all the cream.
Bake the pink salmon in the oven for 30 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
