If you follow your diet and stick to proper nutrition – you will definitely like this rice porridge with honey and pear. I prefer to cook it with the same rice milk, but any vegetable will do.
Ingredients
- Fig - 0.5 glasses
- Soy milk (or rice) – 3 glasses
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
- Pear - 1-2 pieces
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Coconut oil - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice to clear water, put it in a bowl of a slow cooker and pour vegetable milk.
Set the "Porridge" mode for 40 minutes.
10 minutes before the end, add honey, grated or finely chopped pear, cinnamon and coconut oil.
