Pork ribs are not just a snack. They make an excellent main dish, especially if you cook them with a side dish. And the best side dish here is potatoes with vegetables. Today I will share with you my favorite homemade recipe.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Grainy mustard - 1 tsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs into pieces, and the onion into rings.
Add butter, soy sauce, mustard, honey and spices to taste, and leave everything for an hour.
Put the sliced potatoes into the mold and sprinkle with more oil. Season it.
Put the ribs with onions and the remnants of the marinade on top.
Arrange randomly chopped vegetables around.
Bake the dish in the oven under foil for about an hour at 180 degrees.
