Ingredients
- Beef - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sauce (narsharab) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well with a hammer.
Mix narsharab sauce, sugar, lemon zest, salt and ground pepper.
Grease the chops with the marinade and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Beat the eggs with salt and ground pepper.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a wide plate.
Dip the chops in batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops in a preheated frying pan with oil for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Put the chops on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
