Here is such an unusual recipe for pollock with broccoli and sour cream! It turns out something like a casserole or a lush omelet, and also with almond petals. Broccoli is suitable fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
- Pollock - 600 g
- Broccoli - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 2 tsp.
- Almond petals - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pollock into pieces and put it in a mold.
Arrange onion rings and broccoli inflorescences.
Whisk sour cream with egg, add flour with spices and herbs, and mix.
Pour the pollock evenly with this mass and sprinkle all with almond flakes.
Bake the dish in the oven under foil for about 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
