Easy summer recipe, despite the fact that the casserole is based on ordinary potatoes. Zucchini, green peas and a little grated cheese make everything better. Especially at the height of the season of young vegetables.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Zucchini - 300 g
- Green peas - 120 g
- Cream - 100 ml
- Cheese - 100 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes and zucchini into circles, and put them in a mold, alternating layers.
Fill all the empty spaces with green peas.
Fill the casserole with cream, sprinkle with crushed garlic, spices and herbs.
Put the grated cheese on top and cook the dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
