An original and unusual addition to the classic chicken cutlets is green peas. You can take it whole or grind it in a blender beforehand. It all depends on what kind of consistency of minced meat you prefer.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Green peas - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Corn flour - 2-3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the fillet through a meat grinder with onion and garlic.
Randomly chop the peas and mix with the minced meat.
Add spices, yogurt and corn or any other flour to taste.
Form small cutlets and bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees.
