Boil the potatoes until they are half cooked, chop them coarsely and put them in a mold.

Rub a piece of cod with spices and put it on top.

Add thyme and pour cream over everything.

Bake the cod and potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes under foil and another 10-15 minutes without foil.
