Casserole of zucchini, cheese and eggs in a slow cooker

Lucky enough to buy young zucchini? Make a casserole of them. An appetizing dish is best obtained in a slow cooker. To set off the fragrance, I always add a couple of sprigs of fresh herbs. You can also add it when serving.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 300 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 100 ml
- Greens (any) – a couple of twigs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Zucchini cut into strips or circles.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater. Finely chop the greens.
Beat eggs lightly with milk, salt and ground pepper.
Mix everything and put it in a greased bowl of a slow cooker. Close the lid and cook for 40 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
