That's the perfect semolina porridge – just like in childhood! Cooking it with milk is much easier than it seems at first glance. Just a little attention to the process – and no lumps! Milk will suit any fat content to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 350 ml
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Semolina - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - 1 pinch

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix water with milk, pour semolina and leave for 15 minutes until swelling.

Stir, add salt and sugar and bring the porridge to a boil over low heat.

Cook the semolina for another 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
