Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Milk - 200 ml
- Oat flakes - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Raisins - 30 g
- Dried apricots - 30 g
- Fig - 30 g
- Prunes - 30 g
- Honey (or sugar) – 3 art.l.
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the flakes with warm milk and leave for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs, honey and butter with a mixer.
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix all three masses.
Add chopped dried fruits and soda.
Put the dough into a mold and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
