My favorite homemade cutlets are chicken with rice and cabbage. On the one hand, they are very inexpensive and easy to prepare. On the other hand, they are very tasty and will appeal even to children who cannot be persuaded to eat cabbage at all.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Fig (boiled) – 60 g
- Cabbage - 150 g
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken in a meat grinder with onions. Add spices, egg and rice.
Thinly chop the cabbage and simmer in a frying pan until soft with a little water.
Squeeze the cabbage and also send it to the stuffing.
Add the tomato and flour, mix everything and form the cutlets with wet hands.
Fry on both sides in a frying pan under a lid over medium heat.
