Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil for 7 minutes in boiling water.
Finely chop the onion and fry until soft. Add spinach to it and fry for another 2 minutes.
Send the roast to the broccoli and cook everything together for another 7 minutes.
Chop the soup in a blender, add cream, grated cheese and spices.
Bring the soup to a boil again and cook until the cheese dissolves.
