- Peas - 200 g
- Smoked meat - 150 g
- Hunting sausages - 100 g
- Sausages - 100 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight. Fill it with water and cook for about an hour, adding water if necessary.
Chop the onion, grate the carrot with celery root, and fry a little.
Cut sausages, sausages and smoked meats. Send them to the peas along with the potatoes.
