- Minced meat - 500 g
- Carrots - 0,5 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Allspice - 4 peas

- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put bay leaf, allspice, peeled and coarsely chopped carrots and onions without husks in a saucepan. Fill with water and boil for 20 minutes.
Mix the minced meat with salt, paprika and spices to taste, form small meatballs and send them to a saucepan.
Add more spices and cook for 20 minutes over moderate heat.
