Chicken wings with Dijon mustard, honey and spices in the oven

You can cook such wings in a sleeve, foil or in a form with a lid. Otherwise, the mustard will burn, thereby spoiling the taste and appearance of the dish. You can add a little brown sugar. I cook without it, so the wings turn out slightly sour.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Hops-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly with paper towels and put them in a bowl.
Add honey, Dijon mustard, salt, suneli hops and ground pepper.
Mix with your hands, cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the wings and cover with a double layer of foil.
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and continue baking for another 7-10 minutes.
