Cottage cheese casserole with oat flakes, nuts and cherries

Prepare a cottage cheese casserole with oatmeal for breakfast. You can add anything: nuts, dried fruits, sesame seeds and even chocolate drops. In this recipe, I limited myself to walnuts and canned cherries.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Oat flakes - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cherry (canned) – 200 g
- Yogurt (sweet) – 150 ml
- Walnuts - handful
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Butter (to lubricate the mold) – 20 g
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan for a couple of minutes and chop.
Mix cottage cheese, egg, salt, sugar, vanilla essence, yogurt and oat flakes.
Pour in the nuts, canned cherries and mix everything carefully again.
Put the workpiece in a greased mold and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
